Computer Engineering at the Technion

Building where software meets hardware.

I’m Safi Nabwani, a Computer Engineering student focused on C++, FPGA design, embedded systems, and the careful problem-solving behind reliable technology.

An engineer in training with a systems mindset.

I study Computer Engineering at the Technion, where I’ve built projects from gate-level FPGA logic to object-oriented C++ systems. I enjoy understanding how a system behaves end to end, then making each layer simpler and more dependable.

My current focus is growing through hands-on software, embedded, FPGA, and verification work. I bring curiosity, persistence, and a practical approach to debugging hard problems.

Virtual File System

An in-memory hierarchical file system in C++ with a modular object model and command-driven operations inspired by familiar file-system behavior.

  • Directories, text files, symbolic links, and recursive search
  • Command history and common file-system operations
  • Smart pointers plus Composite, Command, Factory, and Singleton patterns
